About the 2026 Southwest Youth Mile Race Series
This is a cross country series for elementary-age kids, held at Indian Trails Park on a field toward the rear of the park grounds. Races are split by grade and gender, and both individual and team awards go out at the end of each evening. The course map is posted in the photos section on the race page.
Bib pickup happens in the hour or so before racing begins each evening. There is no race-day registration, so kids need to be signed up ahead of time. Registration closes the day before each race.
