Appleseeds Cross Country is a youth team that competes in meets across the season, not a single standalone race. Kids from kindergarten through high school are welcome, including homeschooled athletes. Age groups are divided into elementary, middle, and high school levels, each racing a different distance on cross country courses at various sites around the region.
