About the Seneca7
Seneca7 is a relay race that takes a team of runners around the full perimeter of Seneca Lake, passing inlets, waterfalls, and long stretches of shoreline lit up on a clear day. The course moves in segments, each runner picking up where the last left off, so the lake is always somewhere nearby.
Registration has sold out within minutes in past years, so if you want in, you need to be ready the moment the window opens. There is no casual browsing your way into this one.
