About the Santa's 5K Run/Walk - Official NC Bigfoot Christmas Reunion
The course loops through the West Rowan countryside, starting and finishing at the Millbridge Ruritan Building on Sloan Road. The terrain is rural and open, and the route has enough variety to keep it interesting without being punishing. All proceeds benefit Rowan Helping Ministries, and the race also collects canned goods and used running shoes at the start.
Registration and check-in happen at the Ruritan Building, which sits just off a main highway, directly across from Sloan Park. A light breakfast is served after the race, open to runners, fun run participants, and volunteers alike. Spectators can join in too by making a donation to the charity.
