The course runs on the greenway trails near the Northwest Cary YMCA, so expect a paved path through green surroundings rather than roads. Trail conditions vary with recent weather, and the course is not certified, so your GPS watch may read a little long or short. The race honors Memorial Day and benefits the local Veterans of Foreign Wars.
