About the Run the Mission: Race to End Tuberculosis
The course runs through Greenline Park at Brooks, a large park on the south side of San Antonio. The surroundings are open and relatively flat, which makes it accessible for most fitness levels without being boring. The race supports tuberculosis and Hansen's disease patient care, so there is a clear purpose behind the morning beyond the run itself.
Packet pickup is available the evening before the race at a location to be announced, and again on race morning. The race is chip-timed with reusable shoe tags, and results are posted at an on-site kiosk as well as online shortly after.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Run the Mission: Race to End Tuberculosis has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
