About the Run for Your Life Race at Robinson Lake - 5K and Haunted Fun Walk/Run

This one runs after dark around Robinson Lake, on an unpaved trail through the park. Runners carry headlamps or flashlights, and the course has a Halloween atmosphere throughout, with costumed characters and photo stops along the way. A costume contest runs alongside the timed race, so plenty of people show up dressed for it.

Packet pickup happens at the start of the evening before the first wave goes off. The race is entirely outdoors on natural surface trail, so bring something to light your path. A haunted walk opens on the same trail after the timed race wraps up, and a local running store is among the sponsors on site.
