About the 20th Annual Run for Riley 5 Mile & 5K

The course starts at a middle school and moves out onto the paved greenway trails that run through Fort Wayne. The two distance options split in different directions along the trail, then both finish on the school track. The pavement is smooth and the greenway setting keeps things quiet and tree-lined for most of the route.

The day before the race, packet pickup is at a Fleet Feet location on Dupont Road. Race morning pickup opens in the school cafeteria. A silent auction runs before the start, with proceeds going to Riley Children's Hospital. Afterward, the cafeteria hosts snacks and the announcement of the total raised for the hospital.
