Common Questions About the 4th Annual Roost Rebellion Relays

Will I finish last at the 4th Annual Roost Rebellion Relays?

Almost certainly not. Half the 3.2 Miles field finished slower than 18:41, and the last recorded finisher came in around 31:18, so there is a long tail of runners behind the middle of the pack. Most fields are far slower than people expect.

Is the 4th Annual Roost Rebellion Relays a good first 3.2 Miles?

It is a small race (11 finishers), which is friendlier and less intimidating than a big-city event, though the field thins out. There is no qualifying time, and the finish-time spread above shows how varied the field really is. If it is your first 3.2 Miles, that spread matters more than the winner's time.

How competitive is the 4th Annual Roost Rebellion Relays?

The 3.2 Miles winner ran 15:50 while the median finisher took 18:41. That spread points to a relatively quick field, so expect a competitive front end.

Where can I train for the 4th Annual Roost Rebellion Relays?

Join a local run club. Rocky Mountain Road Runners, Colorado Harriers, Revolution Running and others in Denver welcome runners of all paces, and a weekly group run is the most reliable way to hold a training block together.
