About the Road Kill XC
Bear Creek Park hosts this cross-country meet on firm grass, so road shoes work fine, though spikes are allowed. The course is marked with chalk, pin flags, and tape, and runs through open parkland rather than technical trail. It draws a range of runners, from youth competitors to masters, racing individually or as part of a club or school team, with scoring done in classic cross-country style.
The parking area is at the baseball field in the southeast corner of the park, near the porta-cans and tents. Park gates may not open until shortly before the start, so arriving a little early and waiting at the entrance is worth knowing. Team captains can pick up race packets for their whole group once setup is underway.

The Road Kill XC has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
