About the RHSC's Super Hear-O 5K & Family Fun Run
The course runs through Seneca Park on paved surfaces, so it is smooth underfoot and open to strollers and wheels as well as runners. The race is tied to a local hearing and speech nonprofit, and the crowd reflects that: families, kids in superhero costumes, and people moving at every pace. It has the feel of a cause-driven neighborhood gathering more than a timed event.
Netsin's brings ice cream to the finish, and there is a kids' activity zone in the park. Both make the post-race stretch worth hanging around for.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
