About the Race 4 Grace 5K, Fun Run & Pancake Breakfast
The race starts and finishes at Zappe Park, with a short fun run for younger or newer participants and a full road race for everyone else. The course is an out-and-back style through Mineral Wells, and neither distance involves serious climbing. The whole morning is tied to Grace House Ministries, a local pregnancy and family support organization, so the crowd skews toward families and church groups.
Race-morning packet pickup opens well before the first wave goes off, leaving plenty of time to get sorted. After the final finisher crosses, pancakes are waiting, and the breakfast is folded into the event rather than tacked on as an afterthought. Age-group award pins are handed out after the last runner finishes.
