About the Puyallup Valley Half Marathon and 10K
The course runs along the Puyallup River on a mix of paved trail and sidewalks, with a few street crossings. The half marathon route pushes further out, winding through a park and along the Foothills Trail before returning, while the shorter option stays closer to the river heading toward Sumner. The terrain is gentle throughout, which makes it a reasonable course for anyone chasing a personal best.
The start and finish are behind a Fred Meyer on the Puyallup Riverwalk Trail. Post-race snacks are set up at the finish area.
