This Halloween weekend race doubles as a fundraiser for a local elementary school. Costumes are part of the deal, so expect plenty of creative outfits at the start line. There are a couple of distance options, one a longer run and one a shorter fun run, so the field tends to be a mix of serious runners and kids doing their first race.
