About the PNAMH 5K Run / Walk 2026
The race is held at Tom Bass Park III, a public park in Houston. The course is open to runners and walkers, and the morning doubles as a fundraiser for a medical mission serving communities in the Philippines, so the atmosphere around the start and finish tends to reflect that purpose.
The event is based out of a designated pavilion in the park, which gives you a clear gathering point before and after. Post-race, the crowd tends to linger, since the day is as much about the cause as the running itself.
