About the Pirate Radio Game Day Run Club
The route winds through a university campus, taking in the stadium and a stretch called College Hill before looping back to where it started at a local radio station. It is an untimed morning run, Halloween-costumed or purple-and-gold-clad, with a charity benefiting a community organization that gets every dollar from registration.
Packet pickup and the start are both at the Pirate Radio station. The post-race vibe is built around game day, so expect a crowd that is more tailgate-ready than race-ready, and plan to linger before heading to kickoff.
