About the Peeples Pumpkin Run 2026
The race starts and finishes at an elementary school, and the atmosphere matches: costumes are part of the deal, a DJ keeps things moving, and food trucks open before the first runners go out. The longer course now winds onto a recently paved multi-use path and through a tunnel, which is a genuine change of scenery from the original route.
Packet pickup for families with a student at the school happens through the school itself a couple of days before the event, with race-morning pickup available at the check-in table for everyone else. The whole event runs in the early evening, so expect the parking lot and bus loop to be busy well before the start.

The Peeples Pumpkin Run 2026 has been held every year since at least 2020. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
