About the Pechanga Trail Run
The Pechanga Trail Run takes its name from a Luiseno Indian word meaning a place where water drips, and that origin shapes the spirit of the morning. Several distance options spread across the trails mean you pick the day you want, from a short outing to something much longer. The terrain is natural trail throughout.
The name carries a double meaning, the other half being the Spanish word for party, and the start area leans into that. The atmosphere feels more like a trail gathering than a strictly timed event.
