About the Palmetto Bluff Turkey Trot 5K and Kids Fun Run
The course runs through Palmetto Bluff, starting at Wilson Village Green in front of a coffee shop. The route takes you through the property itself, so the surroundings feel more like a private nature preserve than a typical road race. Strollers and dogs are welcome on course, and there is a kids fun run alongside the main event.
Packet pickup runs the evening before Thanksgiving at a local running store, with a separate option for Palmetto Bluff residents at the chapel beside the start area the following day. There is no race-morning registration, so sorting your bib beforehand matters. The race benefits the local United Way chapter.
