About the Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Expo
The course loops through Ruth Hardy Park, with the San Jacinto Mountains visible for most of the route. The terrain is park paths through the desert, open and exposed, with the mountains as a constant backdrop. It draws people who take their running seriously alongside those who are there for the broader health and wellness festival surrounding it.
The expo side of the event is substantial, with vendors covering nutrition and fitness, a blood drive, and a rock climbing wall on site. It is more than a race morning; the festival runs alongside it and gives the day a different shape than a straight run-and-go event.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2026 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Expo has been held every year since at least 2026. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
