About the NAMI Tallahassee's Bluebird Run/Walk for Mental Health Awareness & Suicide Prevention

The trail course winds through a greenway outside Tallahassee, following wide multi-use paths that loop back to the trailhead where you started. The shorter option takes a canopy trail out and back across a bridge through the tree cover. Both routes are natural surface, and the longer one has enough variation underfoot to feel like a genuine trail run.

Post-race, there is watermelon, bananas, and sno-cones near the start area. The event also hosts a mental health fair where local providers and nonprofits set up, and there is a Memory Lane tribute for those lost to suicide.
