About the Mustache 5K

The Mustache Dash is a fundraiser for a homeschool sports organization in McAllen, and the spirit of that carries through the whole event. Costumes are part of the culture here, mustaches especially, and the crowd skews toward families with kids involved in the program. Chip timing keeps it honest for those who want a real number at the end.

The race runs in the evening, so temperatures are more forgiving than a midday start. Packet pickup details are still being finalized.
