About the Mission Possible 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run

The course follows the Pantano River Walk as an out-and-back, so the scenery stays consistent and you always know where you are headed. It runs flat along the river, which makes for steady footing and a clear sense of pace. The race benefits a local church's student mission trips, so the crowd around the start tends to be families and supporters with a genuine stake in the day.

Packet pickup is the evening before at Christ Community Church on Pantano Road, with race-morning pickup opening before the start. After the race, breakfast burritos, oranges, and bananas are set out for participants, and a raffle follows once everyone is in.
