About the Miracle on College Street Mile Run/Walk
The course runs a single mile through historic downtown Bowling Green on closed roads, net downhill the whole way, with spectators lining the route. Because the race serves as the official kickoff to the Christmas Parade, the crowd along College Street is thick and already in a holiday mood before the runners even finish.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local facility on Scottsville Road. On race morning, the stadium serves as the pickup and staging area. After you finish, there is a pancake and bacon breakfast at the finish line.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Miracle on College Street Mile Run/Walk has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
