About the Miles for Smiles 5k
The course runs around Anderson Mall, following a route that will feel familiar to anyone who has run the Electric City Gobbler. The mall parking lot and surrounding roads keep things mostly flat and open, with plenty of space to find your rhythm. The race supports a local health clinic's new dentistry program, and the organizers lean into that with some fun around the tooth fairy theme.
Packet pickup opens at the start area well before the gun, so there is no need to scramble the morning of. Awards go to the top finishers across age groups, including masters divisions for both men and women. The race runs rain or shine.
