About the Miles For Medicine 5K Run/Walk
The course runs on the Legacy Trail through Coldstream Park, a paved path that stays flat the whole way. It is a road race that moves quickly, with enough open space around you that the park feels less like a city course and more like a greenway. The race benefits a free clinic run by medical students that serves residents of a local women and children's shelter.
Packet pickup happens race morning at the Coldstream Dog Park, before the start. Look for an orange and blue timing tent. Picking up for someone else is fine.

The Miles For Medicine 5K Run/Walk has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
