About the Meadows Miler

The course runs through Rosedale Park on trail, so expect natural footing rather than pavement. There are separate routes for the shorter and longer distances, and both share a start and finish area marked by an arch in the center of a field. The park has open meadow sections as well as trail stretches that can get narrow.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local outdoor retailer, with the start area set up in the park's central field. A vendor village and family activities are set up near the finish, and there is a short dash area for younger kids on the meadow grass.
