About the Hopewell Valley Vineyards Wine Run 5k
The course winds through the vineyard property itself, starting and finishing at the winery. The ground is uneven in places, so expect a trail-like feel rather than a road race. The organizers are upfront that this is not a course for chasing a fast time; it is meant to be walked or run at a pace that lets you look around at the vines.
Packet pickup opens at the winery on race morning, about an hour before the start. After finishing, the winery stays open with pizza and light fare available to buy, and live music runs through the afternoon and into the evening. There is a pour of wine at the finish for adult participants.

The Hopewell Valley Vineyards Wine Run 5k has been held every year since at least 2026. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
