About the LVRR August Summer Series 5K

The course runs on cinder trail through Lehigh Parkway, mostly flat and shaded by the surrounding park. It is a free series open to anyone, not just club members, and the atmosphere at the small white clubhouse at the end of the road tends to be unhurried. The club puts out hotdogs, chips, and water after the race.

The clubhouse sits at the end of Park Drive inside the parkway. Race-day check-in opens before the start, so plan to arrive with a little time to spare. Parking is along the road into the park.
