First Strides is a structured walking and running program for women, held at Lehigh Parkway in Allentown. Each session follows a consistent shape: a short wellness talk from a local expert, a warm-up, a group walk or run grouped by pace, and a stretch to close. Mentors are graduates of the program and members of local running clubs.
