The course starts and finishes on a college campus and ventures out onto the South Lake Trail through the Hancock Extension, so there is a stretch of trail running in the middle before you return to campus. Strollers and pets are not permitted on the course. A green beer garden is open to runners of legal drinking age at the finish.
