About the Little Oregon Trail Run

The course runs through Rocky River Reservation, mixing bridle trails with a single-track section lined with pine trees. The longer option is notably hilly for a local trail race; the shorter route stays much gentler through the same woods. Both routes start and finish at South Mastick Picnic Area, so the crowd and the finish line are in the same spot.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a running store in Lakewood, with race-morning pickup available at the start area. Parking is at South Mastick Picnic Area, a short walk from where the race begins. There are post-race snacks at the finish.
