About the Lexington Health Heart & Sole Women's Five Miler

The course runs through the tree-lined residential streets of Forest Acres, with a few rolling hills along the way and a downhill stretch that brings you into the finish. It is a women's-only event, with both a run and a fitness walk option, the latter untimed.

Packet pickup is available at a local Fleet Feet location the couple of days before the race, with a race-morning option at the park. After finishing, there is an expo and post-race celebration, followed by an awards ceremony.
