About the Leftovers Run
The Leftovers Run is a post-Thanksgiving morning race at the Pharr Sports Complex. The concept is straightforward: the organizers run other events throughout the year and accumulate leftover gear, then put on this race to move it. A portion of proceeds goes to a local Catholic church.
The race starts at the sports complex the weekend after Thanksgiving. Packet pickup timing is set closer to race day, so check back for those details when they are announced.

Leftovers Run 2025 Results
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Leftovers Run has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Oct 18, 2026.
