About the Hey Cupcake 5k
The Hey Cupcake 5K runs through the Pharr Trails, a dedicated trail system that keeps you off open roads and moving through greenery. The course is runnable at any effort level, and the age group awards span a wide range, so competitive runners have something to chase while everyone else just gets to enjoy the trail.
Cupcakes are on the theme throughout, and there is a short kids' distance alongside the main race, making the start area busy and a bit chaotic in the best way. The start sits on Cage Boulevard, where parking and access tend to be straightforward.
