The Lake Scary 5K is a Halloween-themed race organized by students at a local prep school, with all proceeds going toward therapy services and support programs for children with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities. Costumes are encouraged, and prizes go to the best-dressed runners, individually or as a coordinated group.
