About the United with the Blue 5k
This race in Lake Mary honors law enforcement officers who have been killed or injured in the line of duty, with proceeds going to two organizations that support those officers and their families. The course is USATF certified, so it has been measured and marked properly. Age group awards go deep into the field, so runners outside the front pack have something to race toward.
Packet pickup runs at Front Running Sports for several days before the race, with a long window that includes the evening before. Race-morning pickup opens early if you skip the pre-race option. Parking is in the surrounding shopping plaza, which keeps the start area straightforward to get in and out of.

The United with the Blue 5k has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
