About the Keyed Up 5K - GLOW MODE
This one runs at night, in the dark, with neon and loud colors encouraged. The course starts and ends at a high school stadium, and the vibe is more celebration than competition. Formal timing is reserved for the top finishers only; everyone else tracks their own time and moves on to the party. There is also a short kids' option for younger runners.
The race benefits the choral arts programs at GlenOak High School, organized by the school's Vocal Patrons Association. Music is part of the atmosphere along the course, which fits the fundraiser's roots. Wear something bright if you have it.
