About the Idaho Running Day
The course follows the Boise Greenbelt along the river, running from Lucky Peak Reservoir into the southeast part of the city. It is paved throughout, with the river alongside for much of the route. Several distance options make it work for a wide range of runners, from those doing a shorter road race to those going the full distance.
Parking at Sandy Point Park is tight, so shuttles run from a separate lot to the start. Plan on arriving with enough time to catch one before your wave goes off. There is a post-race party at the finish area once you are done.
