About the Houston 25K
This race is part of a warm-up series built around the Houston Marathon, so the field skews toward people with a goal in mind. It draws runners across several distances, from a shorter road race up through the full 25K, and the setup reflects that breadth. Age-group awards go deep, and the post-race gathering takes place at Fish Plaza in downtown Houston.
Packet pickup runs across a couple of days before race morning at a local running store, with a brief window available at the start area on race day. No late registration or transfers are allowed, so it is worth sorting your entry out early.
