About the Honolulu FrontRunners/FrontWalkers -- PRIDE RUN/WALK 5K
The course starts at Magic Island and loops around Ala Moana Beach Park, staying close to the water the whole way. The terrain is flat park paths, open to the surrounding scenery. This is a Pride event organized by and for the LGBTQ+ community and its supporters, with proceeds going to a nonprofit that serves youth in Hawaiʻi.
Packet pickup and on-site registration both open early on race morning at the start area. There is an awards ceremony after the race covering overall and age group categories for women, men, and nonbinary participants, and the post-race gathering includes snacks and time to socialize.
