About the Hero Hustle 5K

The Hero Hustle runs through Maumee in honor of organ, eye, and tissue donors, and the cause gives the morning a weight that a generic road race does not have. The course is a standard road distance, and the field tends to include people who are there for the mission as much as the miles.

Packet pickup happens at Life Connection of Ohio on West Dussel Drive in the days before the race, with drive-through style pickup off Ford Street. Race-morning pickup is also available at the Dana World Headquarters Campus in Maumee, where the start area is based.
