About the Heartbeat of Toledo's Diaper Dash

The course runs through the residential streets of uptown Maumee and then traces the edge of the Maumee River before looping back. The terrain is road the whole way, with the neighborhood section giving way to the riverfront stretch as the main change of scenery. Start and finish are both at the organizer's local office on Wayne St.

The office serves as the hub for the morning, and runners can get a look around the space after finishing. The race doubles as a diaper drive, so participants are encouraged to bring a pack of diapers or wipes to donate. Packet pickup and logistics flow through that same location.
