About the Hanson's 3 Mile Summer Cross Country Series
This is an evening cross country series held across a couple of local parks, including Stony Creek Metropark and River Bends Park. The courses are off-road, which is what you'd expect from a shop-sponsored summer series built around actual cross country running rather than road racing. Age group awards go out right after the results are posted, so the evening wraps up with a quick ceremony under the pavilion.
Check-in opens before the race at the pavilion, giving you time to settle in before the start. A single entry covers both races in the series. Runners already enrolled in the Hanson's youth summer camp are included automatically.

The Hanson's 3 Mile Summer Cross Country Series has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
