About the Halloween Hustle 5K

The course winds through the streets of historic downtown Richlands on pavement, so the surroundings are storefronts and sidewalks rather than trails or parks. Costumes are a genuine part of the morning, and there are awards for the best children's costume alongside the usual age-group hardware, so plenty of people show up dressed for it.
