About the Greene & Schultz Hoosier Half Marathon, 5&10K
The course starts and finishes at Ivy Tech's back courtyard and works its way out along the Karst Park Greenway toward Ellettsville, then turns back. Shorter distances pass Cook Medical and the YMCA before reversing, while the half marathon pushes farther down the trail. The organizers describe it as a challenging course, and the greenway stretch earns that honestly.
Packet pickup is offered the evening before at the NW YMCA, which is the recommended option. Race-morning pickup opens early at Ivy Tech, right near the start line. Parking is in the Ivy Tech lot, just beside the start and finish area.
