About the Graveyard Gallop 5K
The course runs through Coldstream Park in the northwest part of the city, on paved paths that stay flat throughout. It is an evening race, so expect to run in the dark, and costumes are encouraged. There is a best-dressed prize, which makes the start line a bit of a scene.
Packet pickup happens on race evening at the park, so there is no separate trip the day before. The race benefits a search and rescue organization focused on vulnerable populations, and a virtual option is available for those who cannot make it in person.
