About the Go Girl Run
Go Girl Run is an all-women event, and that shapes the whole morning. The atmosphere leans into it, with a dressed-up, celebratory feel that is different from a standard road race. Both a half-marathon and a shorter option are on offer, so runners come in at different distances but share the same course and the same crowd.
Post-race includes smoothies and a wine glass, which tells you something about the tone. This is a race that treats the finish as a party rather than just a clock stop. The organizers have been running this event for years and the production tends to reflect that.
