About the From Here to Eternity Run Through the Stones 5K Run-Walk
The course runs through Elmwood Cemetery, a Victorian-era garden cemetery in Norfolk, and the terrain keeps you honest: asphalt gives way to grass and then gravel as you loop through the grounds, starting and finishing at a memorial. Costumes are encouraged, and Victorian and Steampunk outfits get judged before the gun goes off. Dogs in costume are welcome too.
Packet pickup and check-in happen at the cemetery before the start, so there is no separate trip the day before. Free parking is on-site; follow the signs when you arrive. The awards presentation happens right at the finish line after the race, and water and Gatorade are available post-race.
