About the Fort Myers Turkey Trot 5K

The course runs along McGregor Boulevard and finishes on the grounds of the Edison and Ford Winter Estates, a historic riverside property that gives the finish line some genuine character. The route is a point-to-point, so you are moving forward the whole way rather than looping back. A short dash for the youngest kids runs after the main race wraps up.

Parking is spread across several nearby lots, including spots at a local grocery store, a high school, and the Estates' own overflow lots on Euclid Avenue. Packet pickup opens early on race morning at a tent on site. There is no race-day registration, so you need to be sorted before you arrive.
